The standard hexagonal profile is designed for use with metric bolts, screws, threaded rods, and studs, while remaining compatible with conventional spanners and sockets for easy installation. PFA offers exceptional resistance to acids, alkalis, solvents, and oxidizing agents while maintaining excellent mechanical properties over a wide temperature range. Compared with other fluoropolymers, PFA combines outstanding chemical resistance with improved processability and toughness.
PFA hex nuts are widely used in semiconductor manufacturing, chemical processing equipment, laboratory systems, pharmaceutical production, and water treatment applications where purity, corrosion resistance, and long service life are critical.
