Polyamide PA6 (Nylon) Hit Rivets with PA6 Nails are lightweight fastening components designed for rapid assembly and secure retention in a wide range of industrial applications. Manufactured entirely from Polyamide 6 (PA6 Nylon), including both the rivet body and expansion nail, these fasteners provide a fully nonmetallic solution with excellent corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties.
Installation is fast and straightforward: the rivet body is placed into a prepared hole, and the PA6 pin is then driven into the center to expand the legs and lock the assembly securely in place. This efficient fastening mechanism enables tool-free or minimal-tool assembly, helping improve productivity in manufacturing, maintenance, and large-scale production environments.
PA6 offers excellent toughness, wear resistance, and impact strength while maintaining good resistance to oils, greases, and many industrial chemicals. The all-nylon construction eliminates the risk of galvanic corrosion and makes these rivets suitable for electrical, automotive, and industrial applications where metal-free fastening is required.
