Polyamide PA6 (Nylon) Hit Rivets with Stainless Steel Nails are high-strength fastening components designed for rapid installation and secure retention in demanding applications. Manufactured from durable Polyamide 6 (PA6 Nylon) with a corrosion-resistant stainless steel drive pin, these rivets combine the advantages of engineering plastics with the enhanced holding power of metal expansion nails.
The simple installation involves the rivet body inserted into a pre-drilled hole before the stainless steel nail is driven into place, expanding the legs to create a secure and vibration-resistant fastening. This design provides increased pull-out strength compared with all-plastic rivets, making these fasteners suitable for more demanding assembly applications.
PA6 offers excellent toughness, wear resistance, and impact strength, while the stainless steel nail provides superior corrosion resistance and long-term durability.
