Polyamide PA6 (Nylon) Rosette Washers manufactured to DIN 125 A are used to distribute fastening loads while providing an aesthetically clean and protective finish around screw and bolt heads. Manufactured from durable PA6 nylon, these washers offer excellent corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and surface protection in lightweight fastening assemblies.
The rosette design helps protect softer materials and finished surfaces from damage caused by fastener tightening, while also improving the appearance of visible fixing points. Their non-conductive and non-corrosive properties make them suitable for electrical, electronic, automotive, furniture, and general industrial applications.
Typical uses include panel fixing, enclosure assemblies, decorative fastening points, electrical installations, and lightweight equipment where both functional performance and appearance are important.
