Polyamide PA6/PA12 (Nylon) Anti Loss Washers manufactured to DIN 125 A are precision-engineered retaining components designed to secure fasteners in place during assembly, transportation, and maintenance operations. Manufactured from high-quality PA6 or PA12 nylon, these washers provide excellent durability, low weight, and resistance to corrosion, chemicals, and moisture.
Designed to fit metric fasteners, anti loss washers help prevent screws and bolts from becoming detached from panels or assemblies, improving assembly efficiency and reducing the risk of component loss. The material’s electrically insulating and non-conductive properties also make these washers suitable for electrical and electronic applications where metal components may be unsuitable.
PA6 provides excellent mechanical strength and wear resistance, while PA12 offers lower moisture absorption, improved dimensional stability, and enhanced flexibility in demanding environments.
