RENY Tapping Metric Screws conforming to ISO 7049 are high-strength engineering plastic fasteners designed for direct installation into thermoplastics and other suitable materials without the need for pre-threaded inserts. Manufactured from glass fiber reinforced MXD6 polyamide (RENY), these screws provide exceptional mechanical strength, rigidity, and dimensional stability while remaining lightweight and corrosion resistant.
Featuring a tapping thread profile and pan head design in accordance with ISO 7049, RENY screws offer excellent thread-forming capability and secure fastening performance. Their superior strength-to-weight ratio and low moisture absorption make them an ideal choice for demanding applications where standard nylon fasteners may not provide sufficient mechanical performance.
