Victrex® 450GL30 Glass Fiber Reinforced PEEK Granules are a premium high-performance engineering thermoplastic formulated with 30% glass fiber reinforcement to deliver enhanced stiffness, strength, and dimensional stability. Based on Victrex® 450G PEEK resin, this material is specifically engineered for injection molding applications requiring exceptional mechanical performance, chemical resistance, and long-term reliability in demanding environments.
The addition of 30% glass fiber significantly increases rigidity and load-bearing capability while reducing thermal expansion and improving dimensional accuracy. Victrex® 450GL30 maintains the outstanding thermal stability, chemical resistance, and hydrolysis resistance associated with unfilled PEEK, making it suitable for aerospace, semiconductor, medical, automotive, oil and gas, and industrial engineering applications.
