RENY Cross Recessed Pan Head Inch Screws manufactured to ASME B18.6.3 standards are high-strength engineering fasteners designed for applications requiring excellent mechanical performance, electrical insulation, and corrosion resistance. Manufactured from RENY MXD6, a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin, these screws provide significantly greater strength and rigidity than conventional nylon fasteners while remaining lightweight and non-corrosive.
Compared with flat head or countersunk screws, the pan head design offers a larger bearing surface for improved load distribution and does not require a recessed mounting hole, making it well suited for applications where surface appearance and reduced material stress are important. The cross recessed drive enables convenient installation using standard Phillips screwdrivers, while compliance with ASME B18.6.3 ensures dimensional consistency and compatibility with corresponding inch-threaded components.
