PEEK (GF30) Hex Socket Cylinder Head Cap Metric Screws manufactured to ISO 4762 combine the exceptional thermal and chemical resistance of PEEK with 30% glass fiber reinforcement for enhanced mechanical performance. Produced from glass-filled Polyether Ether Ketone (PEEK GF30), these fasteners offer increased stiffness, improved dimensional stability, and greater resistance to creep under sustained loads compared to unfilled PEEK.
The screw’s internal hex socket cap and external cylinder head allow for high-torque installation in any necessary assembly. IN elevated temperatures PEEK GF30 retains its mechanical integrity whilst delivering excellent wear resistance, low moisture absorption, and outstanding chemical resistance. These properties make it well suited for aerospace, semiconductor, industrial and chemical processing applications.
