Polyamide PA6 (Nylon) Hit Rivets with PA6 Nails are lightweight fastening components designed for rapid assembly and secure retention in a wide range of industrial applications. Manufactured entirely from Polyamide 6 (PA6 Nylon), including both the rivet body and expansion nail, these fasteners provide a fully nonmetallic solution with excellent corrosion resistance and electrical insulation properties.
Installation is fast and straightforward: the rivet body is placed into a prepared hole, and the PA6 pin is then driven into the center to expand the legs and lock the assembly securely in place. PA6 offers excellent toughness, wear resistance, and impact strength while maintaining good resistance to oils, greases, and many industrial chemicals.
