Polyamide PA66 (Nylon) Metric Lock Nuts manufactured to ISO 7042 are lightweight, corrosion-resistant fastening components designed to provide secure and vibration-resistant locking performance in a wide range of industrial and engineering applications. Manufactured from durable PA66 nylon, these lock nuts offer excellent mechanical strength, electrical insulation, and resistance to chemicals, moisture, and wear.
The prevailing torque locking design helps prevent loosening caused by vibration and dynamic loading, making them ideal for lightweight assemblies where metal fasteners may be unsuitable. Their non-corrosive and non-conductive properties also make them suitable for electrical, electronic, automotive, and general industrial applications.
