Our polycarbonate slotted set screws provide compact, nonmetallic fastening for light-duty positioning and adjustment. Made from tough, rigid polycarbonate (PC), these metric plastic set screws offer low weight and electrical insulation for equipment housings, electronic devices, and instrument assemblies.
The headless, fully threaded body fits flush with or below the surface of a compatible tapped hole. A slotted drive allows adjustment using a flat-blade screwdriver, while the flat point bears against the mating component without a sharp tip.
Following the ISO 4766 dimensional format, these polycarbonate grub screws are a practical choice where space is limited and electrically insulating hardware is required.
