Polypropylene push rivets provide a practical and efficient fastening solution for applications requiring lightweight, non-corrosive components and fast installation. Designed for simple assembly, hit rivets are installed by inserting the body into a pre-drilled hole and pressing the center pin into place. This action expands the rivet legs to create a firm hold, allowing for quick, tool-free fastening in production and maintenance applications. Their plastic construction also offers electrical insulation and eliminates the risk of rust or galvanic corrosion.
PP material combines low weight with good toughness and resistance to a broad range of acids, alkalis, and industrial chemicals. With low water absorption and reliable durability, these rivets are commonly used in electrical equipment, automotive trim, chemical processing systems, and general-purpose industrial assemblies.
