PPS Pan Head Metric Screws are precision-engineered fasteners manufactured in accordance with ISO 7045 standards for use in demanding environments where chemical resistance, thermal stability, and dimensional accuracy are essential. Produced from high-performance Polyphenylene Sulfide (PPS), these screws offer a lightweight and corrosion-resistant alternative to metal fasteners while delivering dependable long-term performance.
Designed with a pan head for increased bearing surface and secure clamping, these screws also feature a cross recessed Phillips drive for convenient installation using standard tools. ISO 7045 compliance ensures dimensional consistency and interchangeability with compatible metric threaded components.
PPS exhibits excellent resistance to a wide range of chemicals, very low moisture absorption, and outstanding long-term dimensional stability. Its ability to retain mechanical properties at elevated temperatures makes PPS ideal for electronics, semiconductor equipment, chemical processing systems, automotive assemblies, and industrial machinery operating in harsh environments.
