PTFE Flanged Bushings are manufactured from PTFE and offer excellent chemical resistance, low friction, and reliable performance in demanding applications.
The integrated flange provides additional support, accurate positioning, and axial load distribution, making PTFE flanged bushings ideal for applications involving rotating or sliding components. Their naturally low coefficient of friction allows for self-lubricating performance without the need for external lubricants.
PTFE offers outstanding resistance to chemicals, moisture, UV exposure, and extreme temperatures up to 260°C (500°F). These properties make PTFE flanged bushings well suited for chemical processing equipment, medical devices, laboratory instruments, food processing machinery, semiconductor manufacturing, and other high-purity applications.
Designed for corrosive and contamination-sensitive environments, PTFE flanged bushings provide reliable performance where traditional metal bushings may corrode, seize, or require regular lubrication.
