RENY Pan Head Metric Screws manufactured to ISO 7045 standards are high-strength engineering fasteners designed for applications requiring excellent mechanical performance, electrical insulation, and corrosion resistance. Manufactured from RENY MXD6, a glass fiber-reinforced polyamide resin, these screws provide significantly greater strength and rigidity than conventional nylon fasteners while remaining lightweight and non-corrosive.
The pan head design provides a broad bearing surface for secure clamping and an attractive finished appearance, while the cross-recessed Phillips drive enables efficient installation with standard tools. ISO 7045 specifies the dimensions and tolerances for pan head machine screws with cross recesses, ensuring compatibility and interchangeability with corresponding metric components.
