Victrex® 450CA30 Carbon Fiber Reinforced PEEK Granules are a high-performance engineering thermoplastic formulated with 30% carbon fiber reinforcement to provide exceptional strength, stiffness, and wear resistance. Based on Victrex® 450G PEEK resin, this advanced material is designed for injection molding applications requiring superior mechanical performance in demanding operating environments.
The addition of carbon fiber significantly increases tensile strength, rigidity, and fatigue resistance while reducing thermal expansion and improving dimensional stability. Compared to glass-filled grades, Victrex® 450CA30 offers enhanced wear characteristics and a lower coefficient of friction, making it particularly suitable for dynamic components subjected to continuous movement and mechanical loading.
